Orders & Shipping

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately. We'll email you again when your order is dispatched.

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Estimated delivery is 5–8 days from dispatch confirmation.

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery at your provided address. If they're unable to reach you, they'll contact you directly to reschedule.

Cancellations

Your order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at:

Once confirmed, the cancellation will be processed and any payment refunded within 7 business days.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

To raise a return request, email advaitnutrition@gmail.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll issue a replacement or full refund. If found ineligible, it will be couriered back to you.
